| Marking the end of this year... |
I went to my church's annual leadership gala which marks the end of another year. When I looked back in comparison to last year's weight and size at this time, I've dropped four sizes, and 45lbs. I wanted more than 45lbs progress for 12 months, but considering the drastic life changes for the last five months...I'll take it! I also realize that this is not a race against time, but the rest of my life I'm dealing with. Slow and steady at this point is a-o-k. |

Diane, you are absolutely stunning. And your face and neck have gotten even thinner. You look fantastic. I would say 45 pounds and 4 sizes if phenomenal. You have made some incredible changes. You've been at this for a while now, and it takes a lot to stick with the changes. Great job!

Diane, I LOVE that dress! Great color and design on you. Even though I'd have nowhere to wear it, I'd love to borrow it and just walk around the block in it! LOL
45 lbs down for a year is awesome! You should be so proud of yourself and all the changes that you have made in your life for the BETTER.
